Coming to Intermedia Unite®:
Call Forwarding additions: A new set of features are now available for Call Forwarding on both the desktop and mobile apps to give users more granularity in which calls are forwarded and how they are forwarded. These features include:
- Choosing to forward call from: Any caller (default) or Specific call type (external or internal calls) or Specific caller (phone number, user, resource, or virtual extension; you can input up to 10 callers here).
- Choosing who or where a call gets forwarded to and the amount of time that call rings.
- Making it easier to find and select a device to set forwarding rules for.
- New override ability to prevent call loops.
Advanced Hunt Group presence: Users can now see the status of an Advanced Hunt Group within the desktop app. Simply search for the name of the hunt group in the app, and a contact card will pop up showing how many calls are in the queue, average waiting time, the number of agents signed in and how many operators are online working with calls.
Coming to AnyMeeting® Video Conferencing:
Join Before Host: You no longer need to wait for the host to join a meeting. Now attendees can join a scheduled meeting before the host unless they are hosting another meeting. Host’s must select this option in their meeting settings to support this feature.
Dark Mode for mobile app (Android): Android users will have access to dark mode, a feature that inverts colors from light to dark for a better viewing experience when navigating the app in darker environments.
